As Brit Hume states…”Tiger Woods is somebody I’ve always rooted for. … Now we know that the content of his character was not what we thought it was. He is paying a frightful price for these revelations. My sense is that he has basically lost his family. … My sense about Tiger is that he needs something that Christianity, especially, provides and gives and offers. And that is redemption and foregiveness.”
I thought Brit Hume did a fantastic job standing up and not being ashamed or quiet about his faith and what it can do for others. I was watching live on Fox and could not believe he did not take the “politically correct” stance we see so often on TV. As he states, the name of Jesus Christ triggers a strong response, like no other religion. All I can say is Satan is intimidated by Jesus and knows that there is true power in the name of Jesus Christ…that is why he (Satan) triggers such strong responses to those who don’t believe when someone speaks about Jesus Christ.
